Absolutely outstanding service! I called two days before Christmas to see if they’d be interested in fixing my well pump. Not only did they give me a same day appointment, they diagnosed the problem, left to get the parts and fixed the pump all in the same day! We weren’t expecting anything close to what we received. While out of town, I was informed by a neighbor that she could see water coming through the crack in my driveway. I phoned one plumbing company and was told that the pipe under the driveway needed to be replaced at a cost of $3,500. I had a friend check out the leak and he thought it was coming from a pipe at the meter. I contacted Heavenly Throne and they sent Carson to check out the leak. He confirmed that it was coming from the pipe at the meter and that it would cost $686. Carson did a great job, he was very professional and courteous. He notified me of his expected arrival time and kept me updated throughout the process. I would definitely use them again.
